Computing
We live in a digital world, where children are exposed to all different types of information and technology. Computing or computer science is vital to them understanding the world in which they live and eventually their future workplace.
In computing, children are taught the principles of information and computation, how digital systems work and how to put this knowledge to use through programming. Building on this knowledge and understanding, they are equipped to use information technology to create a range of content.
We want our children to be responsible, competent, confident and creative users of information and communication technology that inspires them and enables them to become curious life-long learners.
